After contacting EBATC, I was able to get an inspection set up quickly even during the busy holiday season. Derick B showed up on time and respectfully wore shoe covers. He thoroughly inspected not just the affected area but the entire perimeter to be able to give an assessment. He walked us through his treatment proposal and the estimate. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and he followed up with the written quote afterwards.

He diagnosed the danger areas, and explained all of the options for treatment. He provided a clear quote/estimate, and we were able to contact him directly if we had questions.When the treatment techs arrived, they were professional, on time, worked very clean and organized, and very quietly. We have a skittish cat who barely noticed they were there.
