Our technician, Kenny, is great. Always wants to hear any concerns so they can be addressed. Both the main office and Kenny communicate with us well in advance of the appointment. Highly recommend The Bug Man.
Kenny does a great job - very friendly and courteous. Appreciate that he is proactive in making suggestions for repairs or treatments that are available to offer more protection for my home.(We had the termite treatment done recently - great service). On today's visit, he informed me that he noticed a gap in an entrance under my house that needs attention and that the company did those repairs.
