Zack is great!!!!! He not just sprays but he also sweeps and cleaned and dewebbed under the eaves of my house. He did the same for all the patio furniture and all around my house, front and back. I requested notification of when he would arrive, as well as be completed so o could let my cats out when it all dried up. Then he text me to thank my for allowing him to service my extermination needs. Call Aptive and request ZACK!!!!!
This company violated my private property/no Solicitation sign to harass me into paying for service I didn't need nor requested. I called the company and left a vm but no one returned my message. Hopefully this review and the notice to BBB will get them to stop solicitation!
Great company, office staff is friendly, tech was nice .I have dealt with 2 other companies in the past and was not impressed the techs where not personable and often seemed very rushed.The tech that came was talkative and walked me through what he was doing and even took the spider webs off my trash cans! I appreciated the treatment he gave me as a customer.
Great company so far. They are very communicative. The company I was using prior was hit and miss if they’d even remember who I was. They kept forgetting to come on the service day or have an excuse why they couldn’t make it. Made no sense to me. Legion Pest Management has been on it! I’m actually amazed. They sent the contract through email and it spells out everything which is wonderful. I feel like I will actually get the service I’ve been wanting with them. Donald was on time and very professional. He came and got it done quick. He notified me of concerns he had and things to look for and let him know if we have a problem. And he even confirmed the next appointment day at the visit. I’m very pleased with Legion Pest Management! I would definitely recommend them. Noe has taken over my home needs and has been helpful with working with my schedule. Which I very much appreciate.
I called Christian needing someone to come out and inspect my house right away. He was very accommodating and made it happen. Will came out and was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough job. Very happy with my service and recommend Legion Pest to anyone!
