I requested notification of when he would arrive, as well as be completed so o could let my cats out when it all dried up. The tech that came was talkative and walked me through what he was doing and even took the spider webs off my trash cans! I appreciated the treatment he gave me as a customer.

They kept forgetting to come on the service day or have an excuse why they couldn’t make it. Made no sense to me. Legion Pest Management has been on it! I’m actually amazed. They sent the contract through email and it spells out everything which is wonderful. I feel like I will actually get the service I’ve been wanting with them. Donald was on time and very professional. He came and got it done quick. He notified me of concerns he had and things to look for and let him know if we have a problem. And he even confirmed the next appointment day at the visit. I’m very pleased with Legion Pest Management! I would definitely recommend them. Noe has taken over my home needs and has been helpful with working with my schedule. Which I very much appreciate.
