We chose Best Pest when we first moved to Myrtle Beach and Justin Ward has been are tech since moving here. Justin and Best goes above and beyond. He is good at what he does! We've had issues with palmetto bugs specifically and since with Justin doing treatments they are gone! They also take care of our termite control yearly. Aside from the amazing job he does, he is friendly, very personable, and listens to any concerns! He's all around a great guy, and keeps the bugs away!

We switched from Home Team to Best Home & Property Services about a year ago, and we have absolutely no regrets! Best has provided truly excellent service from day one. Our technician, Mike, is phenomenal and definitely lives up to the company name—he is one of the absolute best. My husband is thrilled with how great our yard looks, and I am incredibly happy to report that we are completely bug-free. We highly recommend them!

It started with Brad and his great professionalism & salesmanship having sold me in having Best Homes to perform the encapsulation. I didn’t feel pressured but felt like at the recommendation from Brad it was something I needed to move forward with. Luis & Carlos the two workers were very polite, respectful & courteous. From the pictures it shows what a great job that was done and 100% of an improvement. Jerry did a great job putting up the vent covers adding an a nice touch to the outside of the house. Also, I would like to add & give kudos to Brianna for keeping me updated with any changes. Her professional and being an important part of the company, being in the background, representing the company is definitely a great asset of hers?? Thank you to all the employees that I came in contact with Best Homes for a great customer experience. Best Home & Property Services Inc has preformed multiple services including Crawl Incapacitation. Their quality of personnel and the workmanship in excellent. They take pride in making sure the job is performed to their high standards. The follow up was first class.
