Young male came to my home to try to sell me service. It's a no solicitation neighborhood and he didn't know the meaning of the word. He was also checking out everything in my garage, which made me very uncomfortable. He said he was doing work for someone else in the neighborhood and couldn't recall the name. Bad business practice. I told him to leave and he left on his scooter.The next day he returned to my neighborhood and lied to someone about not already being told this was a no solicitation neighborhood. And he said he was not here. And he was once again told to leave our neighborhood. He lied about having other customers to both of us.
Have had Homee Team for 8 1/2 years since the house e built. They always do a great job and explain what they did. I've never had to have them come back for anything in the house. Great company.
Charged more than their contract allowed when we told them we were not renewing. Never requested or authorized any additional services. Fulfilled all obligations of our contract and were over charged 70.49. They refused to correct this over charge. Had to go to the Credit Card company. Ripping off your customers is a poor business model. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Matt always does a very good and thorough job. He always lets me know ahead of time when he is in the area. He is very personable and will help answer any questions or concerns you have.
