I am leaving this review because of repeated late-night solicitation by this company. Representatives have come to our neighborhood knocking on doors between 8:30 and 9:00 PM, often without any visible lighting, making it difficult to identify who is at the door. This has been disruptive and concerning, especially for families with children and pets.While I understand that door-to-door marketing is part of some business models, approaching homes at this hour is inappropriate and creates an uncomfortable situation for residents. I would encourage the company to review its solicitation practices and establish more reasonable hours for neighborhood outreach.Professionalism and respect for homeowners should be a priority, and I hope management addresses this issue moving forward.
Corey was very professional and knowledgeable on the moles in my yard. Very happy with the way he treated and explained. Will know in 2 weeks if the moles are eliminated! Took great care around my garden flowers and plants.
Technician Quincy was very knowledgeable, thorough and respectful of the property. What a great personality and seemed happy to do his job. He was also more than happy to explain everything he was doing. Just overall great customer service.
He was very professional and helpful. Would love to have him back every time. Best we’ve had yet. I’m sure he’s a great employee.
