Tech was very professional and courteous! He even put on shoe covers when he entered our house! He was very detailed and treated all areas that I requested.
I was having issues with Ants popping up in every area of my home, few people recommended Rocket Pest and I made the appointment so glad I did. No more ants and Jimmy S. was great and explained everything he was going to do. I highly recommend and found out my HOA just switched to their service.
Excellent service. Garrett, our technician was super friendly and very efficient. He checked out everything, even our roof and gutters for any nests etc, plus installed 18 termite stations whereas our previous company only had 7. He replaced a critter cage that had been damaged and set traps in the attic just in case there was anything up there (we had heard scratching). Sprayed our entire 3/4 acre lot and exterior and interior. Next day, no evidence of any pests inside or out.
House has been treated for 9 months, keeps the buggies away!!! Dear Rocket: your company needs to give TJ a gold star, he is most excellent at service and extremely efficient, hard working and polite! Please do something nice for him! Such great service I had to write a review!
This was our first visit from Rocket Pest Control.The Technician was prompt and did a great job explaining how the process works and performed a thorough application of the products as required. Please note; the price listed is for a yearly contract and not just the single visit.
