Called the office and within 24 hours they were on site, immediately identified the wasp nest (very difficult location) and had it destroyed within 20 minutes. Responsive, affordable and professional. Highly recommend!
The good: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bad: I booked a time for someone to come do an estimate, and explained that I had to book the time off from our home-based business to accommodate their large time-frame of 'between 1 and 3pm'. Then I got a call saying the technician had a cancellation and might be able to come earlier, so now the time frame is between 12:30pm and 3pm. Then on the day the estimate is supposed to happen, I get another call saying the technician can't come any longer and wanted me to re-schedule on another day. I have lost out on a half a day of revenue because of this inconvenience, and certainly wasn't about to take another portion of a day off and potentially lose more out on more revenue. Would not recommend.
