Sold a 3 application service and charged a monthly subscription fee that was not disclosed and when asked about the charges & services promised; got the run around; ants were still there the entire time.
We paid $1500 on our first visit for them to be here for 40 mins. We had Hornets nest on the exterior window and rodent activity in the basement. We were told this price was for 2 boxes unlimited number of times until the job is done. After payment they did nothing. They had us remove our own dead rodents. We called for them to come remove dead rodent in home they promised wouldnt happen and they told us to do it ourselves and not call for stuff like that. Two young men each visit. Rude and makes up facts. Then texted us after payment later saying they're charging us $150 per refill that was suppose to be included. unprofessional, prices all over the place and doesnt get the job done.
I've never used pest control services before, but we recently purchased a home in Bolingbrook and noticed we had a lot of uninvited guests (ants & spiders) during spring/summer. My sister recommended EcoGuard. I called on a Monday and they were able to send someone out the very next day. Our technician Reece was thorough in his explanation of the service and afterward he even showed me all the areas he had sprayed and where the ant baits were placed. Since we have a cat, he also assured me that the chemicals used were completely safe for pets.It's been almost a week and we've already seen some promising results. I was able to place the hummingbird feeder back outside and the ants have not yet returned. I also haven't seen any live spiders in the house all week. The final bill was a little pricier than I expected, but it seems to have been worth it for prompt and quality service!
