If you are not home to follow them around, don't expect to receive the service for which you are paying a premium ($179/qtr of a one year contract). If the technician was indeed here and sprayed any part of my property on the date they say he was, there is no way to tell. However, he left these spider sacks behind my light fixture by the front door. You would think a trained technician would know to check a common area for such things. I will be cancelling my service with them as this is not the first time I have received poor service from their company.

Shady business practices, not honest, scams you into contracts, overseas customer service. Has PE written all over it.

Avoid this is after their service. Then tried to charge me a hide termination fee lol
