Frequently Asked Questions
What response time does Fox Valley offer for urgent calls?
The company advertises an average two-hour response for urgent calls placed before noon.
How does Fox Valley assess ant problems?
Technicians consider the ant species and whether the activity is an occasional invader from outside or a colony inside the structure. In most cases, they can inspect, quote and begin treatment during the same visit.
Does Fox Valley’s rodent removal alone clear contamination?
Not necessarily. Droppings, urine residue and contaminated insulation can remain after rodents are removed; severe infestations may require cleanup and insulation removal.
