I messaged DOA on FB and received a reply within an hour. A tech was sent out the next day, which was a Saturday. The tech found gaps in our roof fascia which allowed rodents access, so a roofer they work with came by that afternoon and gave me a quote. Another employee came by and offered advice on a different area, and his solution would not cost us a cent. Every employee interaction was pleasant, thorough and helpful. The decision to work with them to rectify our pest issues was an easy one.
The tech they sent over was so knowledgeable and kind. Their communication with us was consistent, quick and very customer friendly.From our consult to reaching out to the first time we had SUCH a wonderful experience. I would recommend 10/10!Thanks DOA!
DOA has been a great pest control service for us, from Jack who sold us the service to Dalton who has been our service technician for both of our appointments. Dalton does an amazing job. He is kind, courteous, and respectful. He took his time to make sure every part of our home was protected and that he addressed all of our concerns. I highly recommend them.
