Spoke to Jonathan. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a friendly and great way to explain the steps necessary to get rid of these cockroaches. I just moved into a new place and there are the little roaches. He explained the next steps in an easy to digest manner and what I need to do so we can solve this problem. I am grateful for everyone at New Bedford Pest Control. Very professional and also discreet. I fully recommend them and their services.

Prompt, courteous service. Had questions about warranty and received answer in timely manner. Was able to schedule home inspection on the same day I spoke to technician. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable about are issues and made suggestions on how to prevent future problems. This has only been out second interaction with this company but would highly recommend. Happy customer so far
