Customer feedback is limited and mixed. One recent review mentions a quick initial visit and a professional technician, but difficulty reaching the office to schedule necessary follow-ups. Another older review is positive but not specific to pest work. Prospective customers may want to confirm communication and follow-up scheduling when booking.
House mouse- 2-3 in basement.-Initial appointment was fast and thorough. First treatment intervention was inadequate. Field manager assigned a new tech Conor who was responsive, kind and professional. The problem was after that first visit, I was unable to reach anyone to schedule the necessary follow up appointments with Conor. He would come to help whenever possible but was unable to secure the time in his schedule to do the work needed. Area manager Tim never returned calls. Customer service calls were useless. No one would call me back to schedule. No one followed up. I paid half of the total cost of over 1000- half for the initial service and one year of as many follow ups as needed- auto pay on a monthly basis for the second half of total. No response. No resolution. I had to hire someone else to manage the problem 6 weeks later. They want as many initial contracts and service appointments as possible and they sell ongoing service, but I was unable to access that service. Can cancel contract, but finance/payment company will not let me off the hook for the balance! Call cats eye instead. Any small business. Terminix was a scam!
