Ehrlich's technician, Gerald Williams, has taken care of my house/property for a long time (with a brief absence when he was assigned to cover a different territory). He's friendly, conscientious, he shares insights and he's always on time. He also has a great memory for what he's done at my place in the past. Having had him as a consistent treatment provider over so many years is always helpful - it requires no need for me to show newbies the lay of the land. Gerald knows where to go and what to do. He's efficient, reliable and trustworthy.
Walter Jofre did an excellent job servicing my home for pest control. He was very kind, respectful, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I really appreciated how informative and professional he was throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be requesting his services again.
Mike Reef did a great job. He is very thorough - spent over 4 hours at our house doing initial set up and cleanup. He patiently answered all my questions, explained how the service works, etc. on his return visit to check on traps - also very thorough and detailed, putting extra traps in “problem”areas. He also is very mindful of keeping house clean - wearing booties and even reminding me to wipe door knobs to basement, attic after he leaves (as he wears rubber gloves and can’t take them on and off after retrieving traps).
I unfortunately had a very poor experience with this company and would not recommend their services. We hired them to clean the drop ceiling tiles of the basement of our new home, as well as the entire garage and basement which had evidence of past mice droppings. They sent out someone who had no necessary tools or experience and sadly clean, as they messaged me that they wouldn’t have to go to the store to purchase a broom. That should have been enough for me to refuse service. They then broke the frame of our drop ceiling, which is still damaged. After breaking it, they told us that they wouldn’t be able to clean the tiles without breaking them but that they sanitized the basement. I was at work and was not able to inspect their work until the next day, when upon a simple inspection, I found none of the mouse droppings remediated. They charged me $1800 for this and are now threatening to send me to collections for refusing to pay. These pictures were taken the day after their services.
