I hired American Bio-Tech to handle a mouse exclusion job in the basement of my nearly 100-year old home with a stone foundation and wood siding. There were lots of spots where mice were getting into the basement between the foundation and siding. It's not an easy job sealing an old house, SEVERAL pest control companies told me "it can't be done." ABT got it done. Dylan assessed the job and explained the technique and materials. Technician Brandon did an exceptional job sealing every crevice and opening with hardware cloth, caulk, etc. He spent the entire day crawling around the foundation, an effort many other pest/exclusion companies were unwilling to do. Today, technician Victor is here doing clean up from rodent droppings. Finally, my basement will be clean and usable again, and best of all mice activity will be prevented. I'm very impressed with everyone at ABT and it's clear they approach this work the old-fashioned way, no short cuts. It takes this kind of effort to care for a vintage home. Thank you ABT!

Dustin humanely trapped six woodchuck woodchucks on our property in Stamford in one week (other companies took much longer and never fully eradicated the woodchucks). He is compassionate, knowledgeable, punctual, and was terrific at keeping us informed daily of the progress (he checked on the traps almost every day – amazing). And he is a really nice guy.
