Jobie recently came out to our building to assess what we thought was a bat issue. After a thorough inspection, he confirmed that we were not dealing with bats — instead, the issue appeared to be related to rats. This was definitely unexpected news for me, as I had never seen rats or mice in our building before. I’ll be honest — I wasn’t initially happy with the diagnosis and I questioned whether it was accurate. However, Jobie remained extremely patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He took his time walking me through everything, clearly explaining the differences between signs of bats versus rats or mice. He showed me exactly what to look for and provided detailed recommendations for both treatment and prevention. What stood out most was how educational and thorough he was. He even walked my maintenance person through the findings and next steps to ensure we understood everything clearly. Jobie is incredibly knowledgeable and handled the situation with confidence and professionalism. I truly appreciate his patience and expertise.
