All Out Bed Bug Exterminators NYC

I highly recommend All Out for your bed bug needs. You never want to have to deal with bed bugs but Luis was so thorough, responsive, understanding, and took all my questions and answered them- all without even seeing my home. Danny was wonderful. He called to tell me he was coming and answered all the questions I had over the phone, as well as whatever questions my husband had during the inspection prior to the service. Every inch of my home was done, especially since I had another company come in before. The offered a warranty program which I gladly took and they always honored it. Anytime I had questions or concerns Luis was responsive and even sent out his men to ease my mind. His office as just as wonderful. I needed help with a situation and his office staff was just as good as his technicians. You hear big company and think you get the best, but All Out was so much better than that. Thank you for being so great!

I became very nervous when I found several bedbugs in my bedroom. I didn’t know what to do at first so I did a search of various companies and chose All Out Bedbug company because of the rave reviews they received. Out of 477 reviews there was no review that was less than five star so I hired them to do the service and was so glad that I chose this company. They are the best. Not only were their professional services grade but so was their customer service. They made me feel at ease. Bradley was the tech for my service. He was so patient with me. He walked me through the process several times until I felt comfortable with it. Louis, the owner, Made Sure that I received service within 24 hours of my call. I highly recommend this company and if you find bedbugs in your house, call Louis at All Out Bedbug company. You will not be sorry!

One of the best! I have had issues with bed bugs for months. I called Luis and All Out Bed Bugs back in June and he was so kind, helpful, and reassuring. The treatment was reasonably priced, offered a warranty program, and was worth every penny. My house was treated multiple times and each time I called Luis with a question or a concern, he was not dismissive and listened with a sympathetic ear. He made sure to send someone out each time I called whether it was to fix a previous company's error (should have called him first), or because of a straggler or an issue from the unit above mine and his crew was fantastic each and every time. He answered my question and gave me honest answers each time. He made an awful situation better by being just a genuinely nice person. I am so grateful for him and his company. If you ever need anyone, don't hesitate to call.

I can’t recommend Luis and his team enough. He gave me real peace of mind and was upfront about his methods and guarantees. We tried cheaper exterminators before, but they came with extra work and no real results or guarantees. His team showed up on time and were kind, professional, and easy to deal with. Luis stood by his work. If you’re dealing with bedbugs and want it handled properly, this is the team to call.

Luis and his team were amazing. I had bed bugs for about a month with no relief from the exterminators that my landlord was sending over. One morning I had enough and reached out to Luis. Within 5 hours one of his crew members was at my house identifying where the bugs were coming from and doing a thorough treatment. The situation was immediately put to bed and I was able to get back to my regular non-bed bug life. I owe him a debt of gratitude for his communication, efficiency, and effectiveness. I would recommend anyone with bed bug problems to go straight to Luis and use his service. He’s the man.
