As the nights get colder, we’re entering mice season, when mice start looking for warmer places to nest indoors..... THIS IS WHO YOU CALL!!!I can't say enough amazing things about this company! I actually used them earlier in the year, but forgot to review.The dealt with my issue in my home and garage swiftly and efficiently, and calmly, which kept my fears and worries at bay. After their visit, my issues were dealt with within 48 hours and I have not had an issue since even thought it's been 6 months.Other companies will oversell and use a client's fear to make more money, but this is not the case at all. Environmental is totally honest and knowledgable when dealing with their clients and their pricing is more than fair.These are now my go to with any type for any type of pest and they're the first ones I recommend to my friends, family, and neighbours!
I have been using environmental pest control for many years now over 20. They took care of my restaurant as well as my residence. Used them for everything including misquotes . I never had an issue. When we had any type of problem cluster flies or mice they took care of the issue quickly. Currently using them for spiders and mice and couldn’t be happier , a young fellow came out to spray for spiders this spring and it did not work to well , the following week with there guarantee they came back and thanks to Lloyd he took his time and really looked after us. No webs or spiders all summer. We just did a fall application for mice , once again we had Lloyd fantastic fellow, took his time , great job. Always had great results. Thanks so much . I’ve been using Environmental Pest Control since 2012, and for the past five years, we’ve had Craig as our technician for both spring and fall treatments, inside and outside our home. Craig consistently does an excellent job. He’s professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail is outstanding—he’s always careful to avoid overspray, listens closely to any concerns, and is very customer service oriented. We really appreciate his consistent, high-quality service.
After being very unhappy with a company I have used for years, I gave EPC a call. So glad I did. Brock was very thorough spraying my home and RV. He even removed the wasp hives, which the other company didn’t. The company is great for keeping in touch and up to date. Highly recommended.
When every pest control company uses the same applications and treatments for approx the same price, its the people and the customer experience they deliver that make the difference!This is our 2nd time using Environmental Pest Control, and Lloyd completed our fall exterior pest control on September 11, 2025. We have used several service providers (on various properties) and I don't remember anyone being as thorough, professional and approachable as Lloyd! He took the time to explain what and how he was doing the application, and in what order so I could plan my day around the farm property.My advice...hire more Lloyds!!
