Hilser was on time very professional and confident he even gave me heads up that I needed to address issues with my HVAC unit which was great to know seeing that the unit was just installed in June. He took care of the issues I was having with the spiders which was driving me crazy. He was totally great at doing his job. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician to come out and take care of my issues so I give him many kudos for a job well done.
I wasn't home when he arrived but I told him about a rat I saw over our ring cameras. I asked him to put out TRAPS out of reach of the dogs. No poison. My dog will get into anything.I caught my dog chewing a large plastic bait trap this morning that she had been licking for who knows how long.If someone says "don't put out bait, my dog will eat it or the dead rat" THEN DON'T PUT OUT POISON!
I have had my share of pest control experiences. I had not heard of this company until I got the knock on my door. This is my first experience with Moxie and I am pleased with the customer service. Jasmine was the sales representative and she is just a sweetheart. The next day Daphne and Shaqur came out to do the inspection and treatment. They too were kind and thorough in the services they provided. Hopefully we have a good season with less ticks and Carpenter Bees trying to attack my screen porch.
My most recent experience with Raynor, Tremayne, and Donnell left me feeling good about this company and its employees. My first experience was not good. Their first treatment of bugs did not work, their second did not get the spiders and the ground bees I called them out for.This time, Raynor came out for a free attic inspection. He was spot on about how old and type of my insulation, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about insect and vermin habits, and gave me options. I was so impressed I allowed their insulation team to help remedy the issue.The insulation team of Tremayne and Donnell were on time, efficient, thorough, and all around great guys. Their containment was top notch, they cleaned well afterward, and the attic look great! Excellent job to all three of you!
