I made an appointment for free estimate for annual termite inspections since my previous Termite & Pest Control Company went out of business. Mr. Daniels/Technician inspected my honme from to the Attic, crawl spaces and the basement for active termites and dampness in the structure. . After Mr. Daniel's discussed all issues from the photos taken, I was very pleased, Orkin will be servicing my home .
Really not a fan of their program. We spent 257 dollars for the first treatment, and 60 dollars a month for the following treatments. Our guy only showed up for less than 5 minutes on our initial indoor treatment, and several hours late. I told them at the beginning of November that Id like to cancel, and I haven't received any treatments since September. Their policy requires I pay for November and December still, even though the treatment is scheduled weeks out and I'm requesting to cancel. Doesn't make sense to me, but it is what it is. Id recommend elsewhere
Jeffrey was amazingly thorough and I truly appreciated the high level of customer service. He was apologetic for not finding anything suggesting bed bugs. And Im grateful to him for not finding any bug related issue to bugs. So thank you Orkin for sending Jeffrey. I appreciate his knowledge and assistance.
