Jay called ahead to ensure yhe time was convenient. Upon arrival, she introduced herself and Tyrus and explained what treatment they were going to provide. She did the interior and was thorough in her inspection of possible bug entry points and treated all of those plus the usual hiding places. She's an excellent representative and ambassador for ProForce.
Robert was very polite and professional. He truly cares about the work he’s doing he’s been to my home several times very trustworthy very detailed oriented. I would highly recommend him.

I have been with this company since June of 2025. We hired them because of a roach infestation. I am not happy with this company at all. I still have bugs and can't seem to get a tech out to my house. Robert was sent to us multiple times. He halfway treated our home for months. I was 7 months pregnant and he was giving me sticky traps to lay down and he didnt put any down. I told them I do not want him as my tech and they kept scheduling him for me. It's been a month now without treatment because they have no techs available except him. I am about to report them to the bbb. They want an outrageous amount of money to cancel my contract. The last time they were supposed to come out they couldn't give me a time of arrival. I stayed home until it was time to pick my child up from school around 3pm and that's when they called and said they were on the way. I would not recommend them to anyone. I regret signing my contract with them. You are better off going with a big name company.Edit to add: After leaving a bad review we finally got the service manager to treat our home. He did a good job. When he was done he said our bill would go up $6-$8. This morning I was charged an additional $20, not $6-$8. This company is BS.
My wife subscribed us to your service agreement, and I am so happy she did! Your Technician Tariq is absolutely amazing, his professionalism and dedication to his craft was very impressive! He completely made me feel very secure and confident that he would do a great job and did! He got behind all of our appliances and didn’t miss not even 1 baseboard! I will make sure my wife continues to renew our agreement! Absolutely Amazing service!
