Danny was excellent - very professional - he took the time to examine all concern areas of our house (exterior and interior) and based on his experience, gave us a thorough assessment of the issue regarding the ants we have seen around the house. Very satisfied that they properly addressed the issue and reassured that if ants are still present after 2 weeks they will come and re-treat (included in price).
Conner was great! Called with a time frame , showed up , got back to me with updates , he was friendly , professional and personable. An added note; everyone at eco-serve has been FANTASTIC! From first contact at the office with the reception , to the guys that come to the house! They are fast , efficient and courteous! It almost makes me forget I have a rodent problem ( which they were quick to address and take care of) don’t hesitate to use these guys if u need their services, they are top notch! No rats about it!!! lol
Conor and Matt came out to check on a potential rat problem. They did a throughout inspection and gave us their honest recommendations, which we truly appreciated. Thankfully, we didn't have rats living inside. Both Conor and Matt were friendly, timely, and honest. If we have any issues in the future, I will definitely be calling them again.
A bald-faced hornets nest larger than a football was not something I wanted to mess with, but it was no trouble for Danny from Eco Serve Pest Services. He explained everything thoroughly, inspected the entire property for other nests, made the removal look easy, and left the site the way he found it (minus the hornet's nest). Definitely recommend!
