After a small scare, I contacted Viper Pest Control to come out and have a look. They responded right away, and immediately came the next day to check it out. The staff were very kind, and very thorough. It turned out. It was an allergic reaction of some kind and they were not needed, but I would highly recommend Them if you are even remotely concerned!!!

We use Viper commercially in Niagara Falls, at our Wyoming County farm & at our rural Lewiston home. Nick’s work is super effective, he shows up on schedule and quickly accommodates the rare urgent call. His prices are more competitive than the franchised companies and the service is friendly with no up-selling of BS unnecessary services. Most of my friends and family now use Viper. Highly recommended!
I call this review - taming of the shrew. Was having issues with rodent sounds and smells in the wall of my office - which is unsettling and gross. After a botched job from another company (rhymes with 'dork-in') we decided to call Viper Pest Control thanks to the referrals and comments on a local FB group about Nick's exceptional service. He replied right away and was at our house shortly after, assessing the situation. First he set some traps so we knew what we were dealing with and then he found a number of open parts of the barricade that this other company put up that was done incorrectly. He stopped back every few days to check. After catching a handful of shrew he then sealed up any vulnerabilities - the right way - and we are so pleased that this problem is behind us. Nick (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. It was a huge sigh of relief to work with someone who knows what they are talking about and corrected my problem. In January we will be signing up for his whole pest control program which is reasonably priced. I have no hesitation recommending Nick and have already told a few neighbors as well.TLDR? Book Viper Pest Control, they will take care of you and genuinely care about bringing comfort and fixing your problem.
