Jacob was really great! He was on time, respectful of my time & property. He was informative and educated me on raccoons and explained a lot about the issues I'm having at my home. No other service provider has taken the time or care to do this for me, and we've had several here in the past as it's an ongoing issue in my neighborhood.Jacob also attached the one-way trap to the hole the raccoons have created, rather than lying it in the yard & hoping for the best. If the critter returns, we'll catch.He set up a trail cam so he can keep an eye on the trap and see where the racoons are coming from so he can make adjustments of needed. He also said he'll be back every day for 5 days.Now that's quality service, commitment to a job well done, and care for the customer! I cannot ask for more.
Every time I call their office they are very kind and answer all of my questions. Their staff that comes out to do the spraying is very friendly and efficient too. They have even brought up my trash cans for me from the street which was unnecessary, but appreciated!When I called over the summer about a wasps nest, they came over within a week and took care of it. I didn’t see a problem with wasps in the area after that! I recommend their services.
Many thanks to Jacob with AAA Wildlife Services.I called AAA when I heard a critter trapped in an interior wall. Jacob did a thorough inspection and identified several access point concerns -all of my crawl space vents had been compromised, I had no door on my crawl space entrance, and I had large gaps in the mortar bordering an attached shed.Jacob set up cameras to identify how the critters were entering my crawl space and walls. He then set up traps which he checked every day. Once he was confident he had cleared the crawl space, he installed new crawl space vents, BUILT and installed a new crawl space door, and painstakingly caulked all the gaps.Jacob's work totally exceeded my expectations. I am so pleased with the final results. Jacob had an exceptional attention to detail. He was thorough, conscientious, and he had a calm professional manner.I highly recommend AAA Wildlife Services.
These guys were the best! Extremely easy to communicate with virtually to get a quote and highly competitive price along with fast scheduling of services. They took down a large hornet nest in a tree and did an excellent job of clean up and treating. Would highly recommend!
