Exceptional Job! Selling home and had a closing within 24 hours. Per inspection, needed attic insulation in a specific area. Really came through for me. Very professional. Would use again. Highly recommend.
Cory and his team of guys did a great job for us. Having critters like bats in our attic was very stressful. The came out and took care of the situation quickly and were very polite and clean. I will use them whenever I have a problem. He was recommended by a friend and it all worked out great. Cory even came out a week later just to be sure we were critter free.
Hands down fantastic customer service and experience. Great communication and gets the job done! Spending money on bat removal isn't fun but I know Corey was honest and fair with me and I appreciate that so much. He's a genuine guy and knows his stuff. Brandy in the office was lovely too. They care and treat people well. I try to support local when possible; AMS is a local business, not trying to upsell but just wants to do the job right and leave with a great referral. Hard working, local, and honest!
An amazing experience along with professional experience! Critters are gone along with awesome emergency service! John a young man with an amazing handlebar mustache not only had manners but respect for his work. Thank you very much
When I first went up in the garage attic, I initially thought we had mice after finding droppings that looked like mouse droppings. But then I saw what I thought was a bat flying around. I wasn't quite sure who to call but after searching online I selected Animal Management Systems and I'm glad I did! Brandy responded quickly to my call and Trey came out the same day to give use a free inspection and quote and confirmed that it was indeed a bat (or bats). Thankfully we caught it early so the recommended solution was to seal up the attic entry points (soffit & eyebrow returns, gutter guards for roof to fascia gap), and spot clean the attic insulation and apply disinfectant. I was a bit unsettled with not getting any other quotes as I wanted to get the work done as soon as possible, but now that the bats are gone and the work is complete, I am certain that I made the right choice. It took a little over 2 weeks to work us into their schedule, but on the day of work John, Tony and Antonio came out and worked over 6 hours plus 2 others came later in the day to help get things done that day. Trey came out yesterday to remove the exit door and do the final seal up. Before he came out, I got up in both attics and if you didn't know it, you would never be able to tell that we had a bat(s) in the attic. I did not see any droppings left where I had seen them before. All in all, it was a great experience with Animal Management Systems. Brandy was always quick to respond to my emails/phone calls with questions both before and after the work was complete. Trey was also good to work with during the inspection and the final seal up. If you have any type of critter problems in your house I would not hesitate and highly recommend Animal Management Systems! As others have said, they were thorough, professional, and accommodating!
