Travis Adams was the consummate professional. He arrived at our home at the agreed upon time, then did a thorough inspection for us. He presented his findings in a manner that was easy to follow and included pictures and video as well.

I also wanted to acknowledge the professionalism of Joshua Jimenez as well. He assisted Travis upon his return to treat my home for termites. Both of these guys were phenomenal. They represented Getem Services well.

Today was my first experience with Getem Services and I must say I was impressed. I had a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space of my 1600 square foot ranch in Norfolk. The technician, Andrew, was on time, polite and professional. He answered a few questions I had before starting the job, which took almost 3 hours to complete. When he was finished he showed me pictures of the completed job and everything looked great. He took away remnants of the old plastic and debris from under the house and left everything neat and clean. I am very pleased with the final result and the overall experience.
