Called Grant’s for ant and tick control in our backyard. They came in a couple of days when the weather good for spraying. The two technicians they sent were very professional and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great job. If every have issues again they will be the first call.

I called indicating a pest issue in the attic that I wanted to resolve asap, as it was affecting my kid's quality of sleep. The lady I spoke to was lovely and was able to have someone come over to look at it right away. I agreed to an inspection of a steep $175. The company provided the inspection, left indicating that they would like to see the money within the hour, and eventually provided the written quote. Only one of the options (the most expensive one) made sense, as the other option involved leaving poison in the kitchen. They know that I have 2 young kids, one of which can easily grab items from the counter. The expensive option involved traps and repairs, which I do agree with. The disappointing part about this is that we spent a large sum of money and weren't even given a trap or two to get started over the weekend. I really expected better given the money spent and reviews that the company has. The whole thing felt like a bit of a money grab. Just a heads up for anyone expecting that they'll go above and beyond.
