While the company is good, my service technician in Mt Pleasant, SC was fantastic. Mikey went above and beyond every visit. He was also there within a day or two at most if I so much as saw a bug. Have been with HomeTeam for many years, and have never had an issue. If for any reason I see a bug inside, which has been years since that has happened, but when it did happen, they came out and retreated, and problem was solved.The communication with the tech and when he is coming out is awesome! He is always on time, and asks if I want the inside of the garage sprayed… so I will remember to open the garage to allow him to spray.There are a lot of companies out there, and for all I know, could be less expensive… but Home Team has done such a great job, I don’t even entertain quotes from anyone else.
