Nathaniel was a pleasure to work with. Very fast response time, and was quick to assess that we had a bird issue (vs squirrels that I had thought). Was able to remove the nest and seal up the area so I won’t have this problem again. Highly recommend!

My kids heard scratching nosies in our attic, this was back mid Dec 2024. I have used a wildlife removal company in the past, however I thought I would new service since we moved into a new area. Nathaniel was one of the first to respond to my call. as soon as I called and I provided some background. Nathaniel arrived promptly and was very confident in what the rodent(s) were causing the noise. Nathaniel was very up front about what he had to do and what his fees are and provided traps in the attic. Nathaniel expanded he needed to do and would be back in a week to check the traps. Upon his return to our house the problem was addressed. Nathaniel provided excellent understanding and educated on the type of rodent and how they function, which really helped me understand. The only small complaint is, as a part of the fees I was hoping that the entry points would potentially have been identified as a part of the initial service fees. My son and I believe we found where the potential entry points are and will address in the spring. That being said I giving ACE 4.5 star review, I would have given a 5 star based on above was noted. However I would still highly recommend ACE Wildlife Removal! Note: The house if 4.5 years old build, noting that as does not matter how old or new your house is they find ways of getting into your. I heard some birds in my bathroom vent and decided to call Nathaniel at Ace Humane Wildlife. I was so impressed with his service. He was very quick and communicated quickly. He explained what he would do in detail and why. He made sure that there were no birds in the vent before sealing it to prevent any birds from nesting inside again.
