Honestly, I have been very disappointed with my service as of late. I have called several times to ask for it to be rectified. The answer back…Cody! He called and spoke with me about the issue, arrived when he said, spent about 40 minutes reviewing my yard and my concerns. He then took extra time to hand pull crabgrass and has retreated my entire lawn. Now we wait, but I feel confident that if this isn’t satisfactory I can call Cody and it will be made so. I am hopeful with this experience that there is a solution to the issues and I am waiting to cancel my contract and excited to see the results.
I had been with Acenitec and they got bought out by Barefoot. I have never had this much weed in my lawn before. When I called to complain they admitted that many of their customers were having the same problem and they used the wrong product or not the right quantity. They said it would take them 2 weeks to come out and spray again and won’t be issuing a refund for work they obviously did not do. Please avoid this company.
Horrible service, they bought lawn servicing company who took excellent care of my lawn 15 for years and ran it into the ground. Inferior work and product…I am sure they are diluting heavily. My yard hasn’t looked this bad since we first built and the company could care less.Horrible customer service, cannot get them on the phone, they rarely respond to emails, they will flat out tell you they prefer profit over good service and all that was great with Acenitec, the company they bought, is now gone. Many customers we know have already fled…destroyed in a little over a year and a half.
RRobert called before he came after he was done. He left me a note on the door about what the service had been and how to take care of it. I really appreciated his attitude and his work. It was great.
Bailey did a good job working efficiently and covering my entire lawn. He also advised me to give the emergent 48 hours before I water and then I could mow after that. It was very courteous and professional.
