Slade (spelling?) came by our house yesterday and earned our business with his enthusiasm, friendly demeanor, and endearing humor.Peyson came by for our service appointment/initial flush today at the agreed upon time and was great! My wife was alone at the house when he arrived and she said he set her at ease immediately with his easy personality, charming smile, and his respect for our space. He asked if he could enter closed rooms and went above and beyond to spray the back side of our fence knowing construction was happening behind us, noting that the dirt mounds from the construction could house critters. We didn't expect that level of service, but he delivered, anyway.If this great start is any indication, I look forward to seeing how the rest of this contract with them goes!
Soooo happy I signed up with Thunder Pest Control! Jerry made the sign up process very easy and did not approach me like a normal pushy sales guy (which is always much appreciated). He provided me with confidence in the services that were to be provided and spoke highly of the company! Only two days later, the technician Trevion came to my home and completed the initial service. He was kind, professional, and quick to answer all of my questions!I am looking forward to working with Thunder again and cannot recommend them enough. Support local!! :)
Samuel showed up on time when expected. He was courteous and explained all aspects of the treatment and answered any questions I had. When he was finished he let me know and told me all areas that were treated. If I had any future questions or concerns just call the office and they will take care of me. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend Thunder Pest Control. They were running a special deal for a great price. My son and daughter-in-law are living here in the Cache area many years and gave me their recommendation.
