All invoices, contracts, and descriptions of services were made available to me and organized in an easy-to-access manner, which was a relief. I did not feel pressured at all to contract additional services, but with the quality of the services and awesome technician, it made it a no-brainer to purchase.Technician: Steve is incredible, and it's surprising he can make something as mundane as rodent extermination a genuinely pleasant experience. He was extremely polite, thorough, detail-oriented, kind, and helpful. Not only did he call in advance of his arrival, he made sure to arrive exactly at the time of the appointment. He is truly a gem, and anyone is extremely lucky to get him ??Quality of Service: The results speak for themselves -- although there is still scratching in the walls, I haven't seen anything since the initial application. I hope the remaining issues will be sorted out soon, and I am happy to have a one year service plan. Moreover, Steve was extremely patient in explaining each step of the process while doing it, and I learned a lot. Application was comprehensive and not just a speed through, which I have observed with another local practice. So far everyone has been genuinely helpful. I previously called another exterminator and it was a penny wise, pound foolish decision that ended up with me calling Anchor. So glad I did. Still working to get my mouse infestation under control but of the three people who have come to service my house, each has added useful info and has taken the time that thoroughly investigate my issues. I appreciate that. Mice are creepy and I appreciate the follow up. They try to accommodate my requests as quickly as they can. I already recommended them to my neighbor even before I signed up for a service myself because I felt I could trust the information I've been given.Shout out to Tommy, Lewis, and Jonathan. I expect that list to grow till my situation is resolved. In fairness to the team, this is not a one and done problem. It will require at least a week or two to resolve.
