Anchor Pest Control

In my few days of contracting Anchor Pest Control's services, I am grateful and pleasantly surprised at the incredible quality of service. This company feels like a rare outlier in a time when service quality is declining while prices rise, or while others automate things to the point where human connection is largely absent. It is also clear that this company deeply cares about providing excellent services at reasonable prices, and I am so happy to have contracted their services for my parents.

Scheduling and Billing: Easy, convenient, prompt, and polite. I believe I spoke to Gabriel (?) on the phone, who was both kind and helpful. All invoices, contracts, and descriptions of services were made available to me and organized in an easy-to-access manner, which was a relief. I did not feel pressured at all to contract additional services, but with the quality of the services and awesome technician, it made it a no-brainer to purchase.

Technician: Steve is incredible, and it's surprising he can make something as mundane as rodent extermination a genuinely pleasant experience. He was extremely polite, thorough, detail-oriented, kind, and helpful. Not only did he call in advance of his arrival, he made sure to arrive exactly at the time of the appointment. He is truly a gem, and anyone is extremely lucky to get him ??

Quality of Service: The results speak for themselves -- although there is still scratching in the walls, I haven't seen anything since the initial application. I hope the remaining issues will be sorted out soon, and I am happy to have a one year service plan. Moreover, Steve was extremely patient in explaining each step of the process while doing it, and I learned a lot. Application was comprehensive and not just a speed through, which I have observed with another local practice. It is clear Anchor cares deeply about quality of service.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Anchor Pest Control, and I look forward to future services!

Joel did an excellent job with my pest control service. He was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he planned to treat it, which I really appreciated. Since the service, I’ve already noticed a big improvement. Joel made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

Connor was an absolute professional from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

His attention to detail and thoroughness in addressing our pest control needs was impressive. Connor went above and beyond to ensure that every concern was addressed, and his friendly demeanor made the entire process much more pleasant.

So far everyone has been genuinely helpful. I previously called another exterminator and it was a penny wise, pound foolish decision that ended up with me calling Anchor. So glad I did. Still working to get my mouse infestation under control but of the three people who have come to service my house, each has added useful info and has taken the time that thoroughly investigate my issues. I appreciate that. Mice are creepy and I appreciate the follow up. They try to accommodate my requests as quickly as they can. I already recommended them to my neighbor even before I signed up for a service myself because I felt I could trust the information I've been given.
Shout out to Tommy, Lewis, and Jonathan. I expect that list to grow till my situation is resolved. In fairness to the team, this is not a one and done problem. It will require at least a week or two to resolve.

I had a bald faced hornets’ nest on my property and was really nervous about it. The technician came out promptly, explained the process, and handled the situation quickly and professionally. I was impressed with how thorough and careful he was. What felt like a stressful, scary problem was taken care of in no time, and now I feel completely worry free. Excellent service from start to finish I highly recommend them!
