First time user, I received a quote from a different company and called Insight Pest Control to get a second opinion/quote. I spoke with Luke who was able to answer all my questions, and schedule next day service. Luke was very informative and professional. Brodie was my Tech, he called first, was ahead of schedule, came in and took care of all my needs in a very timely manor. Brodie was able to answer all my questions, show me photos of under my house and explain the process to me in layman's terms to that I was able to understand what he was referring to. His van was clean, he was dressed professionally and very pleasant to deal with. I am so glad that Insight was able to help me with my issues so quickly and professionally, thus was all done at a much better value then the first business I called.
Heather was very knoweldgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and explained the services rendered.Primarily got service for ants. We will see how effective it is, but impressed with pricing and subscription based offerings so far. They also treated for mice, box elder bugs and moles. Good pricing and they came out next day.

Very happy with the speed at which they were able to arrive. Mike H came and serviced the house and he was very professional and kind. He answered all questions and concerns I had about the small pets I own, reassuring me that they would not have any side effects from the treatment. Would definitely recommend.
My first impressions of Insight Pest Control are good. They took my call on the first try and were able to fit my request in on the same day. Mike H came out to the house and was good about communication. He let me know when he was going to arrive and communicated with me about exactly what he was doing around our home. He completed the treatment and we are satisfied with the service we received. One of the things I liked about this service was that there was a full inspection and we were told that if we have any follow-up problems we will get follow-up visits without extra charge.I debated over whether to follow up with this review, but I decided to go ahead and write it. After the service technician left our home I discovered the remains of an enormous wasp nest that had been knocked down but not removed. The wasps returned almost immediately and swarmed the debris. I called Insight Pest Control and told them of my findings. They sent a technician back out, but it was 2 days later. The technician removed the debris and the wasps have not come back to that area.
