The employees that have been by the house have been great! From the 1st contact on the phone, to free estimate & explanation of services, to the estimate being lower than their competitor, to communication with phone, email & text, to follow thru with setting up rat traps and completing agreed upon repairs. So far it's an A+ from us!
I had a great experience. Forrest did an amazing job and was very friendly and thorough. He made sure not to spray anything our newborn was directly touching and answered all my questions. He also let me know when I could be back in the house. Overall great experience and hopefully these nasty fleas are gone after this. So far so good!
