Gonna give it some time.Tech Ashley was very nice & courteous.Riley was very patient with my initial questions and they did an excellent job making it affordable for me being elderly disabled and on a limited income.The standard below questions were a bit confusing., especially the fee one. I made a down payment and I signed up for a 9 month program with a monthly fee. So the initial down payment was between $40-$60 so I checked that. But the overall cost will be 9 months of payments.But I can tell you that is about what my past pest control wanted up front. Around $400. So if I can have 9 months to pay less than that I'm a happy camper.
I continue to have great experiences with Greenix.My technician, Austin, was very informed and personable. He did a great job.I have not had a bad experience with Greenix in my couple years of using their services/multiple technicians.I would recommend them to anyone interested.
100% recommend, they were supposed to come out on a different day but didn’t make it in the window and I rescheduled, there was no fee applied for it. I was put on a list to have them come out the next day asap and they did! Ashley did an amazing job giving out tips that were specific to our set up at home and was very thorough in making sure any spots we were worried about got traps set down. He used pet friendly traps and kept them in safe spots for our animals. I feel confident in the service we received today and feel that the service provided is consistent with the price of the service!
Andrew came out to treat my house. He explained what areas he would treat as well as what it does. He also told me the recommended times to wait before letting my dog into the treated areas. He was very nice and polite. I can tell he put a lot of effort into getting the cobwebs at the higher parts of the house as well as the rest of the perimeter. He did a great job. Thank you!
