Dominique the manager at Ontario served me up the worst customer experience interaction I’ve ever experienced. He goes by the motto I’m always right not the customer. He wanted to be heard and not once cared about what my concerns were when I spoke with him about a service issue we were unhappy with. He did nothing to help resolve the issue and he is now sending us to collections and charging a cancellation fee on top of it. Word of advice to Dewy - Let Dominique go!
Dewey Pest Control is fantastic! I've been using them for 2 years and they're very dependable, courteous, and do what they're supposed to do! LOL I cannot say enough good things about this company. Enrique is my service guy it comes out and he's the best!
David my technician and Shannon my biller are both great! I have been using them for about 5 years ever since I moved in my new home construction. My community deals with a lot of pest and rodents due to construction and they have been successful in always combating my pest issues. The bi-monthly service is great and economical. You won’t be sorry in using them!
