I recently called Mr. Pest to inquire about a potential service or consultation, as we’ve been dealing with persistent pest issues over the past several weeks. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. Rather than offering any guidance or empathy, he abruptly told me to “go see a doctor” and to “take my pets to the vet.”After weeks of stress trying to manage this situation, I was hoping for some professionalism and understanding, but instead, I was met with hostility and a complete lack of compassion. Based on this experience, I would caution others who are looking for a pest control company that is patient, respectful, and empathetic. Sadly, Mr. Pest did not meet these basic expectations for customer service.
