Raphael Roig-bigas is wonderful speaks 2 language English and Spanish. He is excellent. I had some little flies and he made it his business to see where they were coming from. He checked the whole house and there was no sign of where there were coming from but he went and extra mile to see if there coming from the vent. Took care of the issue and said to call him if I see anymore. Love that he likes his job and cares about others. Excellent job
