Hired Bugman Plus to come clean a bunch of pigeon shit off the balcony of my new place and then install some metal spikes to discourage them from coming onto my balcony ledge or railing again.Was very kind and flexible, came and provided me fast and fair estimate. Arrived to the job with all the needed materials and equipment. When the cleaning was done, and we had run into an issue where the spike installation would have to be different, he didn't mind cancelling that part of the job and just letting me pay the part of the job he had done so far. Even left some reflective tape to be helpful, because he knew I was going to be doing the railing part myself. I really appreciated that!Would highly recommend!
Had him come in and spray for wasps twice (two different wasps nests got set up on different sides of the house). Was very friendly and prompt. Was available on short notice, which we appreciated. Would use their services again.

Last night I walked into my garage full of house flys, and immediately gave bugman plus a call, with a quick response they we're at my house today at 11am on the dot. Joseph was amazing he addressed my all concerns and even the product showed its effects immediately i told him about the couple of yellowjacket bees nest at the front and back of my house he right away he had me take him to the spot where he completely annihilated them, he also wanted to follow up with the progress! I will recommend bugman to everyone for the honest service they provide.
Excellent service. We were referred Bugman by our friends after they were over chatting on our driveway and we noticed a huge hornets nest. The next day they were here, removed the nest safely and I didn’t even have to answer the door. Extremely impressed. Highly recommend.
