Warning!First read the Lowest Rated Reviews.I understand they show having lots of good reviews, but all the low rated reviews are about the same issue. So think twice.For me it was a horrible experience. One night at around 9 pm (I think on Friday) a teenager knocked my door, offered the pest control service. He explained that they will treat the windows, doors all around the house for the ants, spiders and... And also he explained they will use something for the inside drain to keep the small insects out. Whatever.I agreed but didn't give him the CC information. Supposed to have the CC given when the technician is here on Tusaday.Thuurday no-one showed up. I thought ok, good I didn't give the CC, probabely it was a scam.After 6 month I received a call from a totally rude person asking why I don't pay my invoice. Which invoice? He explained, I checked my email, I saw that on the same they were supposed to be here they sent an email, with asking, just informing that they have rescheduled it to May 30th. And it was sitting on my Spambox. The same all the invoices they sent was sitting on my Spambox.I called them asking for explanation, again the rude guy there started yelling at me that you must pay the invoice. I told them show me a proof your guy was here, they sent me pdf showing the GPS of the technician was showing my location. That's all.The screenshot I attached, is showing that the rude guy claiming the technician was here at 11:20 of May 30, the GPS he sent it's showing that the Technician was here at 2:20pm. None of their talks make any sense.My house has cameras with Human notifications all around the house, I don't have any notification on that day, and also no recording of someone coming to the house.Although at the beginning they said they will apply something indoor inside the drains, the rude guy said we have treated all the windows and doors. Such a big lie!By the way the bug me every week, they threaten to send it to the collection agency or whatever. Without showing any proof that they have done anything here.I'm not sure about the rest of reviewers, but as for me, I consider it a total scam.However when I read the negative reviews, I noticed all of them have the same issue, they never come on the scheduled date and instead they come (or THEY CLAIM THEY CAME) on another day and just charge you.
We had our first experience with Insight Pest Solutions and while it’s still early to tell the difference in terms of insect and pest control/elimination, we can offer a review on the service experience itself. Nithin was great. He arrived early and was well prepared. He did a walk-around of our property, asked clarifying questions to make sure we were getting what we expected and I couldn’t believe how he cleaned the entire home, garage and shed of most webbing, despite the light rain that left surfaces a little wet. The time and care he took was exceptional. We are hopeful the treatments will work and the great customer service experience continues so we can provide further reviews in the future.
Mr. Josh H works with integrity and precision. If you have any question for him, he takes his time to explain it to you.He is a very kind and respectful person. Personally, I don’t trust strangers from any company do come inside my house when I’m alone. But Mr. Josh I trust him a lot when it comes to letting him into my home to do the pest control & I trust his work inside and outside jobs.Pest solutions are the best, I’ve been with them several years ago. I keep recommending their company to others.
Josh came by for our quarterly service and was amazing. Followed up on some ant issues we had and spent a little extra time on the property to ensure thoroughness. He was extremely professional and even pointed out a few things around the outside of the house that needed doing that I wasn’t aware of. Very happy with our services with Insight.
