I had a great experience with this pest control service. Luke was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure the treatment was done properly. Since the service, the bed bug infestation has completely stopped, and I finally have peace of mind again. Luke arrived on time and prepared. He was thoughtful, easy to talk to and very thorough. He explained what he was doing. - checking for mice activity, entry points and where he would place the bait stations. He wasn’t trying to limit the amount of bait nor the amount of time he was putting into this appointment. I felt I could trust his advice and we talked about some extra needs under the deck outside.
