We needed someone to clean up mouse droppings, remove dead mice and disinfect the cabin of our hot tub. Alex of ZeroPest went above and beyond in his work. He provided some very helpful tips for mouse proofing the hot tub and was very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend Alex and ZeroPest.

There were mice droppings in our basement's drop ceiling, so we gave Alex a call after I saw someone in my neighbourhood Facebook group recommended the company. Alex showed me all the little exterior holes and cracks where the mice were using our house, installed bait stations to get rid of them, and sealed the holes and gaps two weeks later! Then he and an employee cleaned and disinfected our drop ceiling. Basement sanitation is something they do regularly; they arrived and were all done in about two hours. Very personable, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. We have peace of mind that there aren't mice or other rodents in the house now and feel a lot easier hanging out in our cleaned basement. Alex did a great job! ?? He was quick, responsive and very knowledgeable. I had raccoons in the attic and the next day he was able to take a look around the property and find the entry point and give me a quote. Day after he finished all the work and I have had no problems since. Highly recommend his services if you have pest issue!
