Manny from Blue Beetle Pest Control was the technician who performed my service yesterday. I have always had great techs but he was the real deal.He was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable.Manny was at my residence for over an hour and addressed my mouse problem with all the devices at his disposal. Wonderful experience with this company! They showed up in a timely manner and my technician Carl was fabulous. He answered all my questions and helped me feel truly protected. I had a terrible experience with another pest control company not showing up for my scheduled appointment the day before so I was anxious and doubtful but Jose took my call (a few times and even called me back a couple times!) and reassured me they would be there and I would be properly taken care of. Well, we finally bought our first house. The excitement ended quickly when we realized we obviously had every bug living in and around our house. We called Blue Beatle and the bugs are gone. Spiders, ants and termites are no longer living rent free in our new home!! Well done.
