If I could give it a lower star I would. I just cancelled the services after having them for a year. To start, the door to door salesman with Saela are very pushy, this one in particular was named Ridge. I told him no on the services 15+ times until I finally accepted, this pitch took 30+ minutes at my front door and around the house.

I never had a problem with the service techs, except for the fact their treatments did not work. Saela claims that services are under warranty, and after 1-2 weeks of issues persisting you can call them back out. My thought was that if I am getting regular services then issues with bugs (mainly ants) should subside regardless. Why should I have to call on a warranty claim if the product works the first time.

When I finally called to cancel I talked to two different employees that both tried 3-4 times each to give me discounts to keep my business, even after I repeatedly said no. PS, the discounts were only $20-$30 off my next service, which was more than it would have cost to cancel during that phone call. It was a last minute grab for cash before loosing me anyway.

In short, save your 129.99 every two months, buy some Ortho Home Defense from your local hardware store, and don’t even answer the door for their salesmen, you will regret it!

The techs are always helpful and good. I struggle with giving them anything more than 3 stars as I have had ongoing issues with them with keeping their billing straight. I have been double charged, overcharged and have had unnecessary services because they had already been out for the service. I also don’t care that they don’t have any weekend or after hours ability to contact them.

Bryant was very friendly. My dogs were barking like crazy and my son was beyond excited to see him go into the attic! Bryant was so sweet with both pets and son. He was informative about his findings and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend!

Daniel did a fantastic job servicing my home in Olathe. Not only did he treat all around the house and underneath my deck, but he also noticed there was a small gap in the seal underneath my garage. He was also able to replace that on the same day. He was extremely kind and very helpful and I highly recommend him.

Daniel came to do our regular service. While working he noticed a leak from our sprinkler system that was damaged with the recent freeze!! Saved our water bill!! Big thank you!!! Also our dryer vent was open and he saw a small bird fly out! Uggg!! Fixed the flap and saved money for a repair!! Thanks again!! Besides all that he was very friendly and did a thorough job!!!!
