Problems with rats and ants….Western Exterminator was really good at letting me know what they were doing and what to expect and when they were arriving. Technician really listened and responded to my concerns. I felt well taken care of.
Currently, I only have their Sentricon service for subterranean termites. Dealing with the billing department has become difficult as Rentokil now owns Western as well as others so they're not the same, good old Western Exterminators they used to be. I hope that that has gotten fixed after a conversation with their customer service person who called to keep me as a customer.That being said, the persons who are servicing my residence are absolutely, positively fantastic! I can't say anything bad about them! In my opinion, they go above and beyond! They are timely, clean, helpful and friendly. Thanks, guys!
