I'm an out of area Realtor. I asked two different Realtors and they both referred me to NEXXUS and Carlos. Carlos is very friendly and helpful. He also fit my clients in for a Termite inspection the very next day. After his inspection he called me right away to let me know his findings. Thankfully my clients home did not require Section 1 repairs, but if it did, I felt confident NEXXUS would do great work. I highly recommend anybody give Carlos a call for Termite or pest control.

Both times I experienced excellence in customer service, honesty, communication, professionalism and knowledge of his industry. Carlos did what he said, was on time, called with preliminary findings and what to expect next. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and even came back out to address an unexpected issue at no charge!
