I'm an out of area Realtor. I asked two different Realtors and they both referred me to NEXXUS and Carlos. Carlos is very friendly and helpful. He also fit my clients in for a Termite inspection the very next day. After his inspection he called me right away to let me know his findings. Thankfully my clients home did not require Section 1 repairs, but if it did, I felt confident NEXXUS would do great work. I highly recommend anybody give Carlos a call for Termite or pest control.

Outstanding service! Saw a mouse within the house and speed was priority to prevent infestation. I called almost every pest control service in the valley and I was being told the soonest appointment would be in a week. Carlos was able to accommodate for same day service.
