He showed up on time, was very thorough, and made sure all my concerns were addressed before he left. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and providing great customer service. He answered all of my questions and explained things in detail. He was very kind and honest. I appreciate that! My technicians were also excellent. They arrived early and let me know when they were arriving in advance. They were also very thorough and explained the process as well as answering my questions. I would highly recommend Terminix. The fees were much less than other estimates that I received, that was a bonus. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!
