I have been a long time monthly pest control customer from before Wayne's took over. Since Wayne's has taken over, I can no longer call my local office. All calls are routed through corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable! The local office employees are awesome. Kelly, in the Panama City office, and our awesome service technician, Eddie, are the only reasons we are staying. Much more of the "Corporate" mindset and I will find a small, local company that I can still talk to directly on the phone when I have a question. Again, Kelly and Eddie are great people who always strive to give the best customer service. Sure was more personal and more enjoyable to work with before Wayne's took over.
