what would we do without Kris?? we had a bug problem in our vacation condo and Kris was on it! He was available, consistent and came back every week to check. Always pleasant, friendly, quick and efficient. I have 100% faith that Kris can eradicate any problems that we may have.
Waynes is the way to go. We have 408 condos that are bug free thanks to waynes. Their technician ,Kris, is always prompt and professional. He always takes the time to explain to me everything that is going on in our condos and has done a tremendous job in eliminating any problem we have. 5 stars all the way!

I have been a long time monthly pest control customer from before Wayne's took over. Since Wayne's has taken over, I can no longer call my local office. All calls are routed through corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable! The local office employees are awesome. Kelly, in the Panama City office, and our awesome service technician, Eddie, are the only reasons we are staying. Much more of the "Corporate" mindset and I will find a small, local company that I can still talk to directly on the phone when I have a question. Again, Kelly and Eddie are great people who always strive to give the best customer service. Sure was more personal and more enjoyable to work with before Wayne's took over.
