The Wise Pest Control team did an amazing job helping me solve my pest issues. Recently needed to get. my home treated for rodents and termites. Jeff was informative and professional in his recommendations for treatment. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable and at ease in the process. Chase was versatile and resourceful in many ways to insure my home was clear of any potential openings for pest. He also advised me in any preventative measures I could take to insure my house was kept clear and safe. Leo educated us on the fumigation process and gave us clear and concise instructions on how we could prepare ourselves for the process. He also answered any questions we had making us feel confident in progression. Wise Pest Control was affordable and I'd recommend them to any person looking to get work serviced on their home.
I am SO SO SO HAPPY and PLEASED with WISE.To start, we have had rodent problems for awhile. We started hearing them in the walls and started looking for extermination companies. We always get 3 quotes. We do it for best price, but only the best price for the most trusted service.The first 2 companies came and did an inspection. I thought it was weird, but both companies just walked once around the house and saw a couple holes the rats could get into. One company DID go on roof but said they saw no issues up there. I got quotes.... one for $500 to seal holes and set up traps. Another was for $1900.JEFF, from WISE, came and did a THOROUGH inspection. He found lots of access points. He went onto the roof and found 2 tiny holes that had entrace-scratch marks from the rats. He also mentioned they can get in through the pipes sticking out of roof. The other companies never mentioned that. Jeff ALSO went into my attic to inspect. The other companies didnt bother.I simply got the INSTANT vibe and conformation that WISE was the company to trust. Jeff was thorough and explained things really well. He answered my numerous questions with kindness and patience. I completely trusted him.Their quote came in higher than $500, but lower than $1900.... considering jow professional and thorough I found them, I KNEW WISE was the way to go.They scheduled a service day fairly quickly and got the job done in a few short hours. They sealed up all holes, including covering pipes on roof with metal caging to keep rats out. And they built a new crawlspace entry-door for under our house. I was told to call weekly to see up appointments for trap checks. I was also told to call earlier if I smelled an odor from a catch.I called about 5 days later from sensing we had caught something. I was set for someone to come the following day. But in chatting with Jeff, he learned we were having to deal with an unpleasant odor. Jeff went out of his way for us by extending his work day, and deciding to come clean our traps right away instead of having to deal with the smell for 24 whole hours. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I was TRULY impressed.I am VERY PLEASED and VERY VERY HAPPY with WISE. I've NEVER been happier with any other home-service company before. I wish I could hire WISE and Jeff for all of my home needs. TRULY.HIRE THESE PEOPLE. THEY KNOW whst they are doing.
Jeff at Wise Pest Control was absolutely fantastic. He was highly responsive, super professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy.Not only did he take care of my ant problem quickly, but he also went above and beyond by finding and eliminating a wasp nest I didn't even know was there.He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left me feeling completely confident the job was done right.All-around incredible experience - great guy, top-notch service, and a true pro. I have used Wise Pest Control at two homes within the last year. The fact that I am a repeat customer says it all. Both people I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional - most recently Jeff who was fantastic! At my first home, I had them back because the persistent ant problem was not quite resolved. They honored their 30 day guarantee, and there was no charge for the second visit. Both times they have come out quickly and have done a great job. I recommend!
